My Reflections

Well, this picture of my group and I show. We were at that time by the mix to make our bread. That day we all work together and it was a very interesting and entertaining experience and we make a bread that was left very Buno to be our first bread of life. Get a great experince I will never forget in my life because I had the opportunity to do something qu d many never do but they do, they eat and other things every day.

drawback is we had a day as it was light we then had a tremendous heat while mixing all the ingredients we needed for after kneading, but that's not all, without light we could not make good bread and bake in the pending that we started talking, telling jokes, we relaxed and enjoyed these meetings. in my opinion is d great appreciation for me because we learn things we did not know as bread, which is the fermentation, biotechnology, among other things. while as people also learned and grew and we learned to work with a significant number of people, such as problem solving, coexistence, communication, values ​​that are important for day to day each.
